First month's rent is due upon signing, and we'll help you get set up for success from day one.

    Choose a booth size that matches your inventory and budget. Your monthly rent includes basic cleaning services and access to our established customer base.

  • Commission Structure
    We retain a 10% commission on cash sales and 13% on credit card sales to cover transaction fees, point-of-sale systems, utilities, marketing, insurance, and operational costs.

  • Product Approval Process
    To maintain a diverse and high-quality marketplace, we work with vendors to approve product lines. This ensures every shopper finds something unique and special when they visit.

  • Flexible Lease Terms
    Start with a 6-month initial lease that gives you time to establish your presence. After that, continue on a month-to-month basis or renew for another term—your choice.
